Suitable properties

What we normally look for.

We are interested in self-contained flats and houses in council demand areas, especially properties suitable for families or local authority temporary accommodation requirements.

The property must be safe, insurable for the proposed arrangement and free from restrictions that would prevent a company let or permitted sub-letting model.

Before any agreement, both sides should be clear on rent, term, maintenance responsibilities, access, insurance, condition schedule and end-of-term reinstatement.

Process
